Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 18, 2019, Thierry Dervieux, Ph. D., the Chief Scientific Officer of Exagen Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign from his position with the Company, effective December 9, 2019. Dr. Dervieux’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
